At Multida’s Daughters’ Enterprise, we strive to provide the best customer experience. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations made 72+ hours before delivery: 100% refund
Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery: 50% refund
Cancellations on delivery day: No refund
Refunds for unused items: No refund after equipment has been delivered, regardless of use
Damaged or lost items: Replacement cost will be charged
