At Multida’s Daughters’ Enterprise, we strive to provide the best customer experience. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours before delivery: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery: 50% refund
  • Cancellations on delivery day: No refund
  • Refunds for unused items: No refund after equipment has been delivered, regardless of use
  • Damaged or lost items: Replacement cost will be charged
