Welcome to Multida’s Daughters’ Enterprise. By accessing our website and using our rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to rent from our company. A valid ID may be required at pickup or delivery.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept secure online payments via [Stripe/PayPal/Square].

3. Reservation Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order up to 72 hours before your event for a full refund. Orders canceled within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. You must be present at the scheduled time. Late pickups or inaccessible delivery areas may incur additional fees.

5. Equipment Care

All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Damage, loss, or missing items will be billed at replacement value.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Multida’s Daughters’ Enterprise is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of our rental equipment.

7. Weather Policy

We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations. We recommend placing linens and equipment indoors during rain or strong wind.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
